Go with the flow
The Ardèche region is a land of discovery for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and gourmets. Of volcanic origin, it is not stingy with bizarre rock formations, numerous caves and karst holes. Craggy rock faces show canoeists the way on the lively river. With the world-famous Pont d'Arc, the rocks even form a gigantic bridge arch over the water.

This is where the continental climate of the massif central becomes Mediterranean, Provençal. The kitchens and the cellars benefit from this. Rich in history, the region was also the scene of the rise and fall of the Huguenots. A long time before that, people occupied the natural caves and decorated their walls with paintings.
