You can choose between different pitch categories from standard to luxury. Guests without camping equipment can stay in wood lodges, sleeping barrels or modern holiday flats.
You'll find everything you need to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable at this campsite: a restaurant with a terrace right on the lake, various shopping facilities, a beach promenade and a cosy sunbathing lawn, lots of leisure activities, a wellness area and hire buggies.
Water lovers will find a bathing platform, diving facilities, a slide and a sports park with beach volleyball, football, table tennis and boccia. The standard pitches are 80m² in size and offer a 10 ampere electricity connection. Fresh water and waste water points are within walking distance. Category B pitches are suitable for caravans and motorhomes up to approx. 7.50 metres, as well as tents of all kinds.

The Wood Lodges made of solid wood offer an exceptional and luxurious way to camp. The accommodation is equipped with a bed, sofa bed, tables and chairs, fridge, clothes horse, coffee machine and television. On the cosy terrace you will find seating, a table, a charcoal barbecue and a parasol.

The smaller flats have a living room with LCD TV, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC and a balcony (or terrace). In addition to the holiday flat, you can use two spacious lobby areas (equipped with barbecue facilities, cosy seating and parasols).

Unforgettable boat trips on Lake Chiemsee start from Gstadt and Prien. Discover the Chiemgau, Ruhpolding and the Chiemgau Alps, characterised by water, pastureland, mountains and pretty villages, on hikes, MTB or bike tours.
Visit Salzburg to walk in the footsteps of Mozart in the popular, traffic-calmed Getreidegasse. In Salzburg, you can also visit Hellbrunn Palace and Zoo or discover the fairytale Mirabell Palace with its dwarf garden. Or take the funicular up to the Hohensalzburg Fortress to immerse yourself in the Middle Ages in museums or enjoy the fantastic view of Salzburg. The Natural History Museum is also a hit with families for kits. In Berchtesgaden you can explore Lake Königssee with its steep rock faces on a boat trip. In the salt mine, go down a slide deep into the mountains, and on the Jenner, a cable car takes you high up for an incomparable view of the Alps. Marvel at the panorama of the Watzmann, Germany's second highest mountain, and its summit "children".
The Bavarian capital of Munich is also easy to reach: Families can visit the German Museum on the Isar Island, for example, or the Toy Museum near Marienplatz and Munich City Hall. Munich's Hellabrunn Zoo, the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), the daily Viktualienmarkt (Victuals Market) and Nymphenburg Palace with its gigantic baroque park and water art are also popular destinations for holidaymakers eager to explore.
