The campsite serves as a starting point for a variety of leisure activities and as an oasis of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Munich and Salzburg are within easy reach and are ideal for exciting city trips.
You can choose between different pitch categories from standard to luxury. Guests without camping equipment can stay in wood lodges, sleeping barrels or modern holiday flats.
You'll find everything you need to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable at this campsite: a restaurant with a terrace right on the lake, various shopping facilities, a beach promenade and a cosy sunbathing lawn, lots of leisure activities, a wellness area and hire buggies.

Pitch Standard B
The standard pitches are 80m² in size and offer a 10 ampere electricity connection. Fresh water and waste water points are within walking distance. Category B pitches are suitable for caravans and motorhomes up to approx. 7.50 metres, as well as tents of all kinds.
Pitch Standard D
The standard pitches are 100m² in size and offer a 10 ampere electricity connection. Fresh water and waste water points are within walking distance. Category D offers space for caravans and motorhomes up to approx. 9.50 metres.
Pitch Comfort C
The Comfort pitches are equipped with a drainage and fresh water connection, a 10 or 16 ampere electricity connection and a TV connection. The category C pitches have been paved with grass pavers and are therefore easy to drive on even in winter. The pitches are also located in the immediate vicinity of the sanitary building.
Pitch Comfort E
The Comfort pitches are equipped with a drainage and fresh water connection, a 10 or 16 ampere electricity connection and a TV connection. Category E pitches are suitable for caravans and motorhomes up to approx. 9.50 metres as well as tents of all kinds.
Pitch Comfort F
The Comfort pitches are equipped with a drainage and fresh water connection, a 10 or 16 ampere electricity connection and a TV connection. Category F pitches are the largest Comfort pitches at 150 m². They are located in the immediate vicinity of sanitary building no. 3.
Pitch Premium H
The Premium pitches have a drainage and fresh water connection, a TV connection (DVB-T) and a 16 ampere electricity connection. Category H pitches are located at the rear of the campsite, are the largest pitches at 200 m² and are only a few metres away from sanitary building no. 3.
Pitch Premium G at the lake
The Premium pitches have a drainage and fresh water connection, a TV connection (DVB-T) and a 16 ampere electricity connection. Category G pitches are located directly on the lake. Thanks to a generous length of approx. 12 metres, there is also space for large vehicles.
Leading pitch directly at the lake
Experience maximum comfort on the exclusive pitch in the first row with a direct view of Lake Waginger See. The spacious, approx. 150 m² pitch offers fresh water and waste water connections as well as a 10 ampere electricity connection, the consumption of which is already included in the price. Thanks to a length of approx. 13-15 metres, the pitch is also ideal for large vehicles.
Sleeping barrel standard
The standard sleeping barrels have a living and dining area. In addition to the 180 x 200 cm double bed, there are two benches that can be converted into a convertible bed with a sleeping area of 210 x 70 cm. There is also a television, heating and power sockets. In the outdoor area, you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings with your own barbecue, table and seating.
Sleeping barrel Premium
The Premium sleeping barrels are larger at 5.90 metres in length and have a living and dining area. In addition to the 180 x 200 cm double bed, there are two benches that can be converted into a convertible bed with a sleeping area of 210 x 70 cm. There is also a TV, heating, power sockets and a fridge. In the outdoor area, you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings with your own barbecue, table and seating.
Wood-Lodge
The Wood Lodges made of solid wood offer an exceptional and luxurious way to camp. The accommodation is equipped with a bed, sofa bed, tables and chairs, fridge, clothes horse, coffee machine and television. On the cosy terrace you will find seating, a table, a charcoal barbecue and a parasol.
Apartment type 1
The holiday flats are located directly on Lake Waginger See. The smaller flats have a living room with LCD TV, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC and a balcony (or terrace). In addition to the holiday flat, you can use two spacious lobby areas (equipped with barbecue facilities, cosy seating and parasols).
Apartment type 2
The holiday flats are located directly on Lake Waginger See. The flats have a living room with LCD TV, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC and a balcony (or terrace). In addition to the holiday flat, you can use two spacious lobby areas (equipped with barbecue facilities, cosy seating and parasols).

You can reach many excursion destinations from Waging am See. Visit the magnificent Chiemsee Castle on the island in the "Bavarian Sea". Unforgettable boat trips on Lake Chiemsee start from Gstadt and Prien. Discover the Chiemgau, Ruhpolding and the Chiemgau Alps, characterised by water, pastureland, mountains and pretty villages, on hikes, MTB or bike tours.
Explore Salzburg with the whole family
Visit Salzburg to walk in the footsteps of Mozart in the popular, traffic-calmed Getreidegasse. In Salzburg, you can also visit Hellbrunn Palace and Zoo or discover the fairytale Mirabell Palace with its dwarf garden. Or take the funicular up to the Hohensalzburg Fortress to immerse yourself in the Middle Ages in museums or enjoy the fantastic view of Salzburg.
