Südsee-Camp

The size S pitches are up to 80 m² in size and are therefore suitable for small tents or camper vans up to max. 5.50 metres. Please note the respective pitch characteristics (e.g. with regard to paving the pitch)! Electricity and water connections are usually available directly at the pitch. The pitch fees include 6 ampere basic electricity, cable TV, water and showers. Persons are charged according to the person fee (max. 6 persons per pitch). One car and one camping object per pitch is included (caravan, motorhome or family tent). Additional cars will be charged separately. Additional camping objects must be on a separately booked pitch.

The size L pitches are quite spacious with a size of 90 and 115 m² and are suitable for caravans, motorhomes or larger tents. We recommend pitch size XL or XXL for oversized pitches. At 115 to 135 m², the XL size pitches offer significantly more space than the regular pitches. They are therefore particularly suitable for larger motorhomes or caravan combinations. The XXL size pitches offer plenty of space with over 135 m². They can also accommodate very large camping vehicles. If you are travelling with an extended coach or camping truck, please contact our reception so that we can recommend a suitable pitch for you. This type of caravan offers space for 3 to max. 4 people. The caravans are spread around the lake - by the water - and in the forest, so you have the opportunity to find a place that suits you. In the caravans there is a fully equipped cooking area, a dining area, a TV, a chemical toilet and a water tank, but no hot running water. Outside there is a fixed awning with garden furniture and a car park for one car. A hire car park can be booked for additional cars.

The ‘Sweethome’ chalets are located in the ‘Swan Lake’ area. They are 37 m² in size and can accommodate up to four people. In the centre of the chalet is a large living room with a cosy sofa seating area with TV (cable TV), dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. To the left and right of the living room/kitchen are a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. The chalet also has a shower room and a separate WC. In front of the chalet there is a wooden terrace and a car parking space.

The ‘Villa Provencale’ chalets are located in the ‘Swan Lake’ area. They are 40m² in size and can accommodate up to 4 people. Pets are allowed in the type 2 chalets and must be declared at the time of booking. In the centre of the chalet there is a large living room with a cosy sofa seating area with TV (cable TV), dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. To the left and right of the living room/kitchen are a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. The chalet also has a shower room and a separate WC. The decor and design of the furnishings may vary from chalet to chalet, see example pictures 8-10. There is a wooden terrace and a car parking space in front of the chalet.

The chalets of the ‘Oregon’ type are mainly located in the ‘Swan Lake’ area; one chalet in the ‘Wrogewald’ area. They are 40 m² in size and can accommodate up to five people. The chalet has a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, gas hob, combined grill/microwave and dishwasher. To the right in the entrance area is a children's room with two single beds with spring mattresses (2x 80x200 cm). Next to it is the master bedroom, the bed also has a spring mattress (160x200 cm). In the living area, the leather sofa can be converted into a fifth bed. The chalet also has a modern bathroom with a flat shower and towel dryer. From the living area with its large glass front, you can access a large covered wooden terrace - optionally with a view of the idyllic biotope or, in the Wrogewald forest, with a view of the Südsee-Camp bathing lake. A car parking space is available in front of the chalet.

The ‘Saint Malo’ chalets are located in the ‘Swan Lake’ and ‘Wrogewald’ areas. They are 40 m² in size and can accommodate up to six people. The chalet has a large eat-in kitchen with a cosy sofa seating area and TV. The spacious fitted kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher) and offers plenty of space for sociable cooking. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and two children's bedrooms, each with two single beds (4x 70x200 cm). An en suite bathroom: A bathroom with shower and toilet leads directly off the master bedroom with double bed. Another shower and another separate toilet are easily accessible for everyone from the living room. In front of the chalet there is a wooden terrace and a car parking space.

The Swedish houses of the ‘Malmö’ type are ideal for small families and offer space for up to four people. The wooden houses have two floors and a living space of 49.5 m². On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, a small bathroom (WC & shower) and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). In the large living room with open gallery there is a fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, a dining table and a cosy sofa seating area with TV (cable TV) and telephone. The living room leads directly onto the house's inviting veranda. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with two single beds (2x 90x200 cm), which is ideal as a children's room. The staircase on the upper floor is childproof and fitted with a stair gate. Overall, the houses are cosy, modern and fully equipped.

The Swedish holiday homes of the ‘Gothenburg’ type are ideal for medium-sized families and can accommodate up to six people. The wooden holiday homes have two floors and a living space of 63 m². On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, a small bathroom (shower & WC), a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a children's room with bunk beds (2x 90x200 cm). In the large living room with open gallery there is a fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, a dining table and a cosy large sofa seating area with TV (cable TV) and telephone. The living room leads directly onto the house's inviting veranda. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with two single beds (2x 90x200 cm), which is ideal as a children's room. The front area of the open gallery is ideal as a play area for children and the staircase on the upper floor is child-safe with a stair gate.

The Swedish houses of the ‘Stockholm’ type are ideal for large families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to eight people. The wooden houses have two floors and a living space of 83 m². On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, a small bathroom (shower & WC), a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a children's room with bunk beds (2x 90x200 cm). In the large living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, a dining table and a cosy sofa seating area with TV (cable TV) and telephone. From the living room you have direct access to the inviting veranda of the house. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (2x 90x200 cm). In addition to the bathroom on the ground floor, there is another WC on the first floor. The upper corridor is ideal as a play area for children and the staircase on the upper floor is child-safe with a stair gate.
